Occupational Therapist (OT) / Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: San Antonio, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with two weekend shifts required per month.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team. The candidate will play a vital role in evaluating and providing treatment for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities will include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy interventions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for neuro and orthopedic patients.

Provide therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Document treatment activities and patient outcomes in the Meditech system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy license (temporary licenses not accepted).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Certification in NDT or brain injury treatment is a plus.
