This isnt a corporate gig - its a front-row seat to building with our Founder, Aidan Brannigan and team of 5 creators across the globe.
Were looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes internet culture. If this is you, you can write a sharp script, hop in front of a camera without flinching, and turn a brand brief into content that actually makes people stop scrolling.
Youll create content across three lanes:
Youll be responsible for producing skits, short-form video, and written content for NBBs clients. This means translating campaign briefs into native-feeling content that performs on TikTok, Instagram, and Linkedin.
NBBs Owned Media: We have an audience of 250,000+ across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and its growing. Youll contribute content to our owned channels, helping build the NBB brand as a destination for marketers who want distribution that doesnt suck.
Your Personal Brand: We want you building your own audience while youre here. Content Production

Film, script, and edit skit content - from concept to final delivery
Ghostwrite captivating content for executives on Linkedin
Write clever, platform-native scripts across multiple niches and brand voices
Produce meme content using industry tools (Canva, CapCut, Edits App, and others)
Deliver content in correct formats, resolutions, naming conventions, and platform specs
Creative Collaboration

Execute content strategy briefs and bring client vision to life
Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and async feedback threads
Proactively pitch meme angles, skit hooks, and new content formats based on performance trends
Coordinate with our Head of Customer Success to deliver client content on schedule
Communicate proactively if content is blocked, delayed, or unclear
Collaborate with our Founder, client contacts, and subcontractors on multi-person productions
Chronically online: you understand meme cycles, trending formats, and platform culture intuitively
Creative under constraint: briefs arent ceilings, theyre starting points
Technically capable: you know your way around CapCut, Edits App, or can learn fast
Consistently delivers content on time and on brief
Actively contributes ideas in brainstorms - not just reacting, but initiating and forward thinking
