Registered Nurse Cardiac Care A

Seeking a skilled CVOR Nurse to provide expert perioperative care during cardiovascular surgeries. The ideal candidate will have experience with adult open-heart and vascular cases, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure proper preparation and aseptic techniques in the CVOR setting.
Circulate and scrub in cardiovascular procedures, including adult open-heart, vascular, thoracic, neuro, and general surgeries.
Document all clinical activities accurately within the EPIC charting system.
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety procedures, and infection control guidelines.
Support on-call duties, including responding to emergencies and assisting with scheduled surgeries.
Hold an active New Jersey or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
Possess 1.5+ years of current acute care or specialized CVOR experience.
Demonstrate scrub and circulate skills, with preferred experience in adult open-heart, vascular, or neuro cases.
Complete or be willing to complete de-escalation training within 14 days for behavioral health cases.
