Department/Specialty: Orthopedic Inpatient

Schedule: Full Time Days | 6:30am to 7:00pm | Will include some holidays and weekends

How you'll make an impact in this role

Deliver expert, evidence-based nursing care that upholds our commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.

Advocate for your patients by continuously monitoring their recovery and adjusting care plans to ensure the best possible health outcomes.

Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and therapists to serve as the central hub of a seamless, collaborative care experience.

Execute clinical orders with precision and care, ensuring every treatment is delivered accurately and at the optimal time.

Prepare patients and their families for life after the hospital by leading comprehensive discharge planning that ensures a safe and confident transition home.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional requirements you'll need

BSN preferred 2+ years of Ortho or Med Surg experience preferred
