Head of Project Management

JSG is recruiting a Project Controls Manager who will oversee the financial and administrative control of large-scale projects, ensuring seamless budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting that drive project success. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders—including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams—to manage project accounting functions, monitor contractual compliance, and deliver critical insights that impact project profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience (or 10 years' experience without a degree)

Strong financial, analytical, and systems management skills with high attention to detail

Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting, and contract compliance

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently

Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), large business accounting systems, and Smartsheet preferred

Experience with accounting support systems and project management tools

Previous experience working with large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience; Demonstrated success in managing project finances and client relationships in a complex project environment
