Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM-3:00 PM + Overtime as Needed (4-Day Work Week)

Metal finishing and plating support products used every day in the medical, aerospace, defense, industrial, and manufacturing industries.

You're comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment that includes heat, humidity, dust, noise, and chemicals.
You understand that personal mobile devices are secured during working hours and may only be accessed during scheduled breaks in designated areas due to customer and security requirements.

Rackers prepare customer parts for the metal finishing process by securely attaching them to specialized racks before plating and removing them after processing.
This position is critical to product quality because proper racking helps ensure parts are processed correctly, protected throughout production, and delivered to customers on time.
You'll also inspect, count, package, and prepare customer parts while supporting production throughout the facility.
No previous metal finishing experience is requiredwe'll provide the training.
Count and verify customer parts before processing.
Rack customer parts according to work instructions and quality requirements.
Inspect parts for quality, damage, and accuracy.
Remove completed parts from racks after processing.
Complete production paperwork accurately.
Follow established production procedures and work instructions.
Meet established production and quality expectations.

Produce consistent, quality work.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredwe will train the right candidate.
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and production software.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the United States, as required for certain customer and government-related work.
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, shipping, or machine operation experience.
Forklift experience.
Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
