• Are you a hardworking, reliable maintenance technician? Our company is growing and we need a maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our properties in top shape. You'll perform the day-to-day operations to maintain the physical asset of Tzadik Properties. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.

Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program".
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
Carry cell phones as required for on-call maintenance.
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
Repair/replace appliances, plumbing systems, air conditioning/heating/electrical systems.
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, etc.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
Other functions as assigned by Community Manager.
Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests
Relationships- provides service with a smile and understands resident satisfaction.
Quality and detail-oriented.
Education, Training, and Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience is required.
A valid driver's License is required to complete the essential functions of the position (completing off-hours emergency maintenance requests, obtaining/transporting supplies, etc.)
