Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our thriving Construction team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from pre-construction planning to completion and handover.
Managing the submittals process, including preparing, reviewing, and ensuring all submittals are in compliance with project specifications.
Coordinating and directing project design, estimating, and scheduling activities to ensure all project deadlines are met.
Leading and managing project teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Preparing and presenting detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing large scale projects from inception to completion.
Extensive experience with submittals, including preparing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
A Professional Project Management (PMP) certification would be a plus.
