HR Training Facilitator

This position is awaiting contract award. This position maintains aircrew training and standardization/evaluation records for a B-52H squadron. Review and update student and permanent party records, folders and gradebooks per AFI 11-202V1, AFI 11-2MDS-V1, MAJCOM and installation supplements, and local guidance.

Produce the monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summary (Letter of Xs) and provide in-work and final copies to Wing Current Operations and Wing Stan Eval no later than the last day of each month.

Update PEX and locally developed database systems as required.

Perform weekly individual gradebook checks of training and ancillary training requirements.

Administer classes and exams, and coordinate with scheduling for Crew Resource Management, Instructor CRM, Instrument Refresher Course and pre-deployment training requirements.

Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training to the operations supervisor, and weekly readiness summaries to squadron and group leadership.

Prepare periodic training and testing plans for approval and scheduling.

Generate AF Form 4324 worksheets, training aids, monthly and quarterly Ready Aircrew Program reports, and monthly aircrew probation and regression summaries.

Assist in the development of new curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.

Coordinate with the scheduling office to maximize training opportunities consistent with unit guidance and applicable AFIs

Active SECRET clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.

Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and SharePoint.

Minimum two (2) years of experience in a squadron, group and/or wing training and/or stan eval shop — OR — three (3) years in a DoD flying squadron, group and/or wing equivalent training and/or stan eval office.

Aircrew scheduling experience on a system other than PEX, and training or stan eval experience from another service, are examples. If you meet most but not all of the qualifications listed, submit an application.

Active SECRET security clearance, or a previously held SECRET clearance that expired and was not revoked.

Eligibility for access to Restricted Data.

On site at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Full time. Duty hours may shift during exercise support and around holidays but will not exceed nine hours in a day. Federal holidays are observed, along with AFGSC Family Days.

Four Aircrew Scheduler and three Operations Training and Stan Eval positions are anticipated at this installation.
