Full-time Detailer / Car Washer

We’re looking for entry‑level Lot Attendants to build an exciting career at Carvana – the fastest‑growing used‑auto retailer in U.S. history. As a Lot Attendant you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs, coordinate deliveries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits

Full‑time, $15–$16 per hour with merit increases every 90 days.

PTO, paid holidays, and birthday holiday.

Responsibilities

Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.

Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly.

Complete multi‑point inspections at arrival, including fuel level, safety features, and proper display of company and state disclosures.

Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.

Interact and communicate with team members and management across all lines of the business.

Adhere to regular and predictable attendance.

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (desirable).

Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and carry/transport up to 60 pounds within 20 feet.

Requires standing, walking, stretching, reaching, pushing, and pulling in various weather conditions; must tolerate cold, hot, noisy, and wet environments.

Requires excellent visual acuity, manual dexterity, and use of safety equipment (face shield, goggles, gloves, etc.).

Requires frequent driving and some typing.

Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
