Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Room Nursing

Emergency Room Registered Nurse
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years RN experience
Community hospital experience required
Preferred: Charge experience, LTAC, Trauma Level I/II experience
Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC
Charting experience: Epic
Key clinical skills: Triage, stroke/STEMI care, dysrhythmia management, IV vasopressors, central line care, ventilator/BiPAP/CPAP support, isolation/PPE procedures
Compliance / Notes:

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Compact license must be in hand at submission
• 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Unit dress code: Solid navy blue scrubs (print tops not acceptable except specific pediatric/women's areas)
• Parking: Free in employee/visitor surface lots (unrestricted spaces)
