Kinetic Marketing is hiring a Retail Associate to join our growing Cincinnati team.
This is a full-time, people-focused role for someone who enjoys working with customers, thrives in a team environment, and wants to build practical experience while developing professionally.
What You’ll Do Engage with customers and build positive relationships
Introduce products, services, and current promotions
Answer questions and provide helpful information
Support sales and customer acquisition
Represent client campaigns professionally
Work alongside the team toward daily goals
