This hands-on role supports equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, production operations, and general site support throughout our precast concrete manufacturing facility.

What You'll Do Assist with preventative maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on equipment and vehicles
Help troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
Operate heavy equipment and support material handling operations
Perform general labor tasks including clean-up, site organization, and assisting skilled trades
Support shop projects, equipment repairs, and facility maintenance
Pick up materials and supplies from local vendors when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Experience with construction, maintenance, equipment operation, or general labor preferred
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, squatting, and standing throughout the workday
