Evening Shift Crew Member- Full or part Time

McDonald’s Crew Member — $13.50–$14.00/hr

Job Type: Part‑time / Full‑time

Pay: $13.50–$14.00 per hour

We’re looking for friendly, reliable Crew Members to join our McDonald’s team. In this role, you’ll provide fast, accurate, and welcoming service while helping keep the restaurant running smoothly. No experience is required — we provide full training.

Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure a positive experience.

Food Preparation: Prepare menu items following McDonald’s food safety and quality standards.

Maintain clean workstations, dining areas, restrooms, and equipment throughout your shift.

Teamwork: Work closely with fellow crew members and managers to meet service goals.

Safety & Compliance: Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

Stocking: Refill supplies, organize products, and assist with deliveries when needed.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic math skills for handling cash and orders

No experience required — training provided

Flexible scheduling: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Improve your English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills on the job

• $2,500 per semester in tuition assistance (work 15 hours/week for 90 days)
