This role involves interpreting inspection instructions, measuring dimensions using precision instruments, and performing various inspections and tests to maintain quality standards.Essential FunctionsInspect machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specificationsInterpret and follow written inspection instructions, quality requirements, and customer specificationsMeasure dimensions using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and morePerform X-ray operations on production partsComplete necessary inspection forms and reportsConduct first-run, in-process, and final inspectionsPerform airflow tests and other related duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School DiplomaAt least 1 year of manufacturing experience in machine operation and/or qualityAbility to work 2nd shift (2pm-10pm)Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodationWillingness to wear personal protective equipmentU.Persons only due to export restrictionsPreferencesExperience in manufacturingStrong ethical standards and integrityReading comprehension skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsProficiency with computerized shop floor toolsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamIf you are detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high-quality standards, we want to hear from you!
