The Counselor is responsible for providing individual, group, and family counseling services within our outpatient treatment program. This role also supports clinical operations, client assessments, treatment planning, utilization reviews, and documentation to ensure high-quality care and positive treatment outcomes.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.
Support daily clinical operations, including assessments, therapeutic services, and utilization review processes.
Attend supervision meetings, shift-change meetings, and other required organizational meetings.
Maintain organized, compliant client records and perform related clerical duties.
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when necessary.
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field; Growth Opportunity
