Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive shopping experience
Operate cash register and handle transactions according to company policy
Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method
Assist with loss prevention and store safety practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
Complete opening, shift, and closing checklists
Load and unload merchandise as needed
Support overall store operations and team goals
Customer-focused attitude with strong people skills
Basic computer and digital skills
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Retail setting with climate-controlled environment
Exposure to dust, lint, and donated goods materials
Occasional outdoor work and nontraditional hours (nights/weekends)
