As a Security Officer Unarmed Roving Patrol in Daytona Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the distribution facility, loading areas, employee entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access points, observe truck and delivery activity, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity to the appropriate personnel.
Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
