Quality Control Checkers

We are searching for a Quality Inspector to be responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable standards. You will verify product across all stages of production (incoming, in process and final) to ensure quality levels are met. You will work in our Mansfield, MA office reporting to the Quality Manager.

Develop, maintain, and review inspection reports

Develop inspection procedures for unique components and materials

Perform inspections across all stages of production

Prepare and maintain test data for review

Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency

Understand and follow the Quality Management System (QMS)

Conduct training for inspection staff on processes and tools

Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of Quality Inspection experience

Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to, Word, and Excel

Experience with Minitab, or other statistical analysis programs

Experience working in medical device manufacturing

Knowledge and experience with GMP, ISO, FDA, and quality standards

Office environment with low noise levels.
