QA Engineering in Testing

Responsible for testing Android applications to ensure quality, performance, usability, and lab logistics. Executes manual and automated tests, validates compliance with lab standards, identifies defects, and collaborates with developers to resolve issues across devices and OS versions.

Must already be in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate at own cost

Validate functionality, performance, usability, compatibility, and stability across multiple devices and OS versions.

Ensure applications meet internal lab standards and testing protocols.

Perform regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing.

Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes and support root cause analysis.

Coordinate lab logistics, including device inventory management, setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Work Experience Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Android mobile application testing.

Strong understanding of Android OS, device fragmentation, and application lifecycle.

Bachelor of Science in related engineering major (EE, CE, etc.)
