BCBA - Remote

We are hiring a BCBA at Action Behavior to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and support a small caseload. Applications are reviewed daily; most candidates receive a response within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.

Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.

Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.

Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $84,500-$120,000 annually (depending on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and trainee supervision).

Uncapped monthly performance bonuses and mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs.

Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Certification bonuses for each therapist certified under your supervision.
