About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirements & Verification (R&V). A solid understanding of hardware and software principles is essential for effective system-level engineering.

Define and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies, including test planning, requirements validation, and compliance verification.

Conduct system analyses, trade studies, and technical assessments to optimize performance and ensure design feasibility.

Utilize modeling and simulation to assess system performance and support design decisions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on MBSE and R&V.

Proficiency in using the System Modeling Language (SysML).

Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, lifecycle processes, and verification methodologies.

Familiarity with hardware and software domains to inform system-level decision-making.

Experience in test methodologies, data analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.

Preferred Qualifications Reliability engineering experience, including reliability predictions, MTBF/MTBCF analysis, FMEA/FMECA, fault tree analysis, reliability block diagrams, derating analysis, and environmental stress screening.

Experience developing and allocating RAM requirements and defining the verification evidence needed to close them, including data collected through FRACAS or an equivalent failure reporting and corrective action process.

Knowledge of SysML v2, UML, and scripting languages for automation and analysis.

Experience with simulation tools and environments for system performance evaluation.
