Eagle Trace is a semi-private golf and country club known for providing exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. We pride ourselves on a fresh, high-quality menu, elegant presentations, and a positive kitchen culture. We are currently seeking a dependable and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in accordance with club recipes and standards. This role requires a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, kitchen equipment, and tools
Assist in daily prep work and stocking of stations
Follow food safety regulations and club kitchen procedures
Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow cooks and kitchen staff
Assist with banquet prep, special events, and off-menu requests as needed
Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred (country club or upscale dining a plus)
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
