We are seeking a Part-Time Cashier Barista . This role involves greeting guests, helping them choose bread and pastries, and keeping the shop and coffee bar tidy. You'll be responsible for making specialty coffee drinks, such as lattes, pour-overs, and other beverages with care. As a part of a strong team, you'll be trained for success and work together to deliver excellent hospitality in a warm, community-driven setting.

This is a part-time position (3-5 days / 18-24 hours per week). Availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays is essential (please do not apply if you're not available on those days).

Experience working in as a coffee barista, making espresso drinks (1 year minimum)
Availability Wednesday-Sunday * must be available on weekend mornings * (6:30am earliest / 4:30pm latest)
Motivated and able to work well both alone and alongside others
Passion for food, cooking, nutrition, community, social justice
Practice and demonstrate knowledge of food safety
Current food handler certification required!
Willingness to follow policies and procedures
Desire for a career in hospitality
Being bilingual (fluent in Spanish) is not required but a big plus
Schedule : MUST be available to work Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays days off every week.
Compensation : $17.00/hr plus pooled tips which average an additional $5-8 more per hour = $22-24/hr
