Exercise Therapist

The Position: Our Exercise Specialists are one of the most integral positions in our company and are not only responsible for assisting patients with exercise plans and modalities - but play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships and driving the patient experience.
What You’ll Do: Guide patients through therapist-prescribed exercise programs.
Provide encouragement and education to help patients achieve their goals.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and other clinic systems.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or other related field preferred.
Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred.
Physical Demand/Work Conditions: Standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.
Demonstrate exercises including but not limited to jumping, balancing on one leg, rotation of the shoulder in multiple planes, and using exercise bands.
Required to work at an IRG facility and be responsible for your own transportation to and from work site.
Ability to perform custodial duties using medical grade cleaning products - including but not limited to - cleaning bathrooms, laundry, and disinfection of exercise equipment.
Work for extended periods of time at a video display terminal and will be required to use a keyboard to enter and gather information.
17.13-$20 per hour depending on experience and location of clinic
