What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST):
In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. To be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST)

Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License

and of the influence of culture on health care.

Knowledge of state and federal home‑care regulatory guidelines preferred.

Experience home health care is highly preferred

Prior to scheduling an in‑person interview, all Candidates are required to complete a computer literacy and competency assessment. This is to ensure you are set up for success and can navigate in our environment including electronic charting, shared understanding of company values and use of our web‑based communication application. The results of the assessment are confidential and will be used as one of multiple data points included in the hiring decision process.

$Anticipated Wage range Speech Therapist: 110,000.00‑125,000.00. 21st Century offers generous bonus incentive plans, comprehensive health benefits and 401k (Up to 4% match).
