Repair & Maintenance Tech 2nd shift

The Maintenance Tech nician I I will be responsible for performing complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing machinery . This will require a strong mechanical aptitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

This full-time position reports directly to the Manager Maintenance and is located at our Omaha, NE, manufacturing facility.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
Assist in the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
High School diploma or GED equivalent from accredited institution .
3+ years of experience as a maintenance tech/mechanic in manufacturing environment AND/OR satisfactory completion of level I I requirements from the LDI Maintenance Training Program.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
Solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required .
2+ year technical degree in Maintenance related field
The starting pay rate for this position is $27.00 per hour plus hourly shift differential pay . Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
