Sales Order Processor / Manufacturing
LHH
LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Duluth, GA to hire a Sales Admin / Logistics Coordinator. This dynamic role will initially focus on supporting a critical tariff management project and will expand to include key responsibilities in sales support, order entry, invoicing, and logistics operations.
Take ownership of the tariff management project as your introductory assignment.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to prepare accurate machine quotes.
Manage order entry and invoicing workflows as quotes convert to sales.
Coordinate logistics activities, including shipping coordination, freight management, and bill of lading administration.
Oversee the shipping and receiving process for machines arriving from overseas.
Proven expertise in Excel is a must.
Strong understanding of order management processes; Knowledge of international shipping, freight administration, customs, and related logistics.
Familiarity with order-to-cash processes.
Ability and willingness to work onsite Monday through Friday.
Contract-to-Hire, Full-time, Onsite
