Head of Retail Sales Operations

As the Sales and Operations Manager at Embarc, you will guide both customer experience and operational excellence in our cannabis dispensary. This role emphasizes solid leadership, compliance with regulations, and effective inventory management. Your ability to engage with customers and inspire your team is crucial to create a positive shopping experience and exceed sales goals.
Key Responsibilities Oversee front‑of‑house operations and team leadership
Engage customers and respond to their inquiries
Analyze sales metrics to improve performance
Implement visual merchandising standards
Lead community engagement initiatives
Requirements At least two years of management experience in retail
Proficiency with Treez POS system
Solid leadership and communication skills
Experience in inventory management systems
Commitment to compliance with regulations
