Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemetry nursing and be able to manage a patient load of 5 patients per shift. The RN will provide high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients, utilizing advanced monitoring and therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered nursing care in a telemetry setting.
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding to changes in patient status.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Assist in diagnostic procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Cerner charting system.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in PA or Compact license required.
• 1 year of previous charge experience preferred.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required.
• Cerner charting experience preferred.
• Required flu vaccine unless medical/religious exemption applies.
