Health Care Nurse

RN - Med/Surg

Travel RN position in Med/Surg. Unit Information: Staff includes 1 charge nurse, 5 nurses, and 1-2 techs. Type of equipment used is med/surg EMR. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of current acute care hospital experience. Preferred candidates will have GYN/Oncology and Urology experience, as well as med/surg/post-operative experience. Typical procedures performed on the unit include post-operative assessments and care, post-prostatectomy care, post-hysterectomy care, and catheter maintenance. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, compassionate, and flexible, capable of coping with a fast-paced environment.
