Mortgage Loan Processor(Full time)

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for our members from application to closing. In this role, you’ll take the lead on the mortgage process, working closely with borrowers, underwriters, and third-party vendors to help turn homeownership dreams into reality.

Help members in person and over the phone by guiding them through the mortgage application process and educating them on available loan products

Manage residential mortgage loan files from application through closing and funding

Keep loan files organized, accurate, compliant, and moving efficiently through the pipeline

Participate in networking, marketing and business development activities to help grow our mortgage program

3+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience

Strong understanding of mortgage lending regulations, including TRID and TILA

Proficiency with Calyx Point, Outlook, and Microsoft Office (including Excel)

Passion for helping members achieve their financial and homeownership goals

Full-time, in-office position

Monday through Friday

8-hour shifts (start time may vary)

Occasional evenings or weekends may be required
