As a Seasonal Pool Server, you will uphold Regent's luxury standards by assisting with tasks such as serving beverages, taking orders, and explaining menu items. You'll help stock supplies, assist the bartender with ice and restocking, and work with the kitchen to ensure accurate food orders. Your role requires excellent hospitality skills, teamwork, clear communication, and a focus on quality service.

Deliver exceptional hospitality to all guests, ensuring attentive, polished, and courteous service at all times.

Speak on the menu, specific food items, the wine list, or any other inquiries the guest may have.

Replenishment of guest waters and changing of soiled towels when needed.

Assistance with preparation and distribution of hourly pool amenities.

Must have at least 1 year experience in food and beverage operations luxury hotel or fine dining experience a plus.

Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of Regent Santa Monica and the restaurant Service, Food, Beverage and Wine manuals.

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
