Physical Therapist (PRN/Weekend Shift Only)

Job Overview
Physical Therapist I responsible for providing evaluation and treatment of patients within legal, professional, hospital, and departmental guidelines. Instructs and directs Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians. Evaluates and implements plan of care to improve, restore, and enhance physical functional performance, and promotes injury prevention. Performs documentation and quality improvement as outlined in departmental policies and procedures.
PRN Opportunities - Inpatient/Outpatient, Acute Care/Rehab
Work with a collaborative team and provide one‑on‑one care to patients.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program
Valid license or temporary permit for the applicable state
Experienced and new graduate Physical Therapist eligible
Adapt and respond quickly to changing priorities
Ability and willingness to work in team environment
