REGISTERED NURSE-PART TIME-FLEXIBLE HOURS-HOME CARE

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bend team to serve our Central Oregon clients. We provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with physical, intellectual, and developmental disabilities.

Position Details

Office Location: 698 NW York Dr, Bend, OR 97703

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time, 20-35 hours per week

Pay: $39.51-43.10 per hour

Schedule: Flexible

What You'll Do

Conduct 30 and 90-day Quality Monitoring Visits (QMVs) for clients receiving medication services.

Provide medication training and orientation to caregivers and clients as appropriate.

Maintain and update Medication Administration Records (MARs).

Update and maintain care plans and Quality Monitoring Visit documentation.

Complete documentation and updates using Google Drive and electronic systems.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

Identify and communicate changes in client needs or medication-related concerns.

What We're Looking For

Current, valid RN license in Oregon.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently.

Comfortable working as part of a collaborative care team.

Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Central Oregon.
