Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as necessary.
Document all procedures with care, mentor new employees or students, and contribute to maintaining lab quality assurance standards.
Ensure a clean and safe laboratory space while complying with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, accompanied by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
