Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Deliver patient care in a CVICU setting adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
Monitor and manage care for open heart, thoracic, and vascular patients utilizing advanced equipment.
Interpret and respond to telemetry monitoring without support techs.
Collaborate with charge nurse and participate in interdisciplinary care rounds.
Float to various units as needed while maintaining care standards.
Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Nebraska.
Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system.
Ability to read and interpret telemetry without a dedicated tech.
