You've spent a decade mastering finish carpentry, and you're the person other carpenters ask when something needs to be exactly right. The Norfolk Companies has been building trust since 1934. Full-time W-2 position (40+ hours/week)

Lead installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on showroom and residential projects
Own quality control and final walkthroughs for your crew's work
Mentor and train Apprentices, Level 1, and Mid-Level Carpenters
Be the go-to expert that Designers, Project Managers, and clients trust on site
Represent Norfolk professionally on high-visibility, customer-facing projects
10+ years of carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience

• Proven ability to lead and train other carpenters
• Deep experience with high-end or custom finish carpentry
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
