Estimator (Estimator) Full-Time
Saddleback Fence & Vinyl Products
We are looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our growing team. If you have a background in construction, strong estimating skills, and enjoy working on commercial and municipal projects, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive construction bids for municipalities, general contractors, and commercial projects.
Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
Perform quantity takeoffs and material estimates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing.
Submit bids within deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Communicate with customers, contractors, and project managers throughout the bidding process.
Assist with project handoffs after contract award.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in the industry (required).
Experience estimating commercial, municipal, or public works projects.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
