The Houseperson supports the housekeeping department by ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, organized, and well stocked. This role is essential to delivering a seamless and luxurious guest experience by assisting Room Attendants and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the property.

Housekeeping Support & Operations

Assist Room Attendants with cleaning, stocking, and preparing guest rooms to luxury standards.

Collect and transport soiled linens, trash, and recyclables to designated service areas.

Ensure housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Public Area & Service Area Maintenance

Clean, sanitize, and maintain public areas, corridors, elevators, and service spaces.

Support turndown service and special guest requests as needed.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel standard operating procedures.

Support housekeeping operations during peak periods and special events as required.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Basic English communication skills; additional language skills preferred.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
