Night Nurse, LPN - Home Healthcare

Job Description Lead with Compassion – Join Our Night Team As a Night Shift Charge Nurse , you’ll ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care and support during nighttime hours—while leading and mentoring the night staff.

Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift
Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies
Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law)
Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team
Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff
Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation
Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required)

2+ years of nursing experience preferred, especially in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Comfortable working independently and leading a team during overnight hours
