Quality Control Inspector – 2nd ShiftQuick factsLocation: On-siteSchedule: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PMPay: $20.00 – $22.00/hourPosition type: Temp-to-hireDepartment: Quality (Reports to Quality Control Manager)Why you'll like this jobOpportunity to work in a high-growth, PE-backed facility producing premium health and wellness products.Competitive pay structure with shift differential additions.Clear path to permanent hire for top performers in a highly structured, quality-driven environment.Weekly pay and access to PrideStaff associate benefits.What you'll docGMP & SOP Compliance: Perform product testing, review test data, and write investigations in strict compliance with cGMP regulations and company SOPs.Production Line Inspection: Inspect production areas, processes, clean environments, and finished goods; review Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to production runs.Equipment Maintenance & Environmental Swabbing: Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; swab sanitized production equipment using ATP instruments to verify cleanliness thresholds.Documentation & Workflow: Complete data capture forms, equipment logbooks, inventory forms, and track retain samples in Excel.Sample Handling: Prepare and drop off customer samples for shipment according to protocol.What you needEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a related field preferred or equivalent work experience, plus 2–4 years of related quality control experience.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, equipment validation, cGMPs, and laboratory safety procedures.Analytical Skills: Proficient with data collection, data analysis, basic statistical methods, and MS Excel workflows.Communication & Focus: Excellent written and oral communication skills; acute attention to detail with the ability to handle complex projects independently.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentContinually required to stand, walk, talk, hear, utilize visual acuity, and use hand/finger dexterity.Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, or balance, and work near moving mechanical parts.Occasional to frequent lifting, pushing, or carrying items up to 50 lbs.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
