Fabrication Welder WEEKLY PAY

Job Title: Travel Welder (All travel and lodging expenses paid for!!)

Join a dynamic team specializing in delivering engineering, inspection, and remediation services for lighting poles, transmission towers, and other infrastructures exposed to wear from usage, aging, and environmental conditions.

Perform welding tasks using Self Shielded Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW-S) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes.

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements.

Select and set up appropriate welding equipment, machinery, and materials.

Execute welding operations in all positions, including flat (1G & 1F), horizontal (2G & 2F), vertical (3G & 3F), and overhead (4G & 4F).

Perform weld tests and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a welder with Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and/or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) processes.

Strong understanding of welding techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Proficiency in welding operations in various positions.

Experience in fabrication and structural welding.

Familiarity with MIG welding techniques.

Projects can last from 3 weeks to 6 months, requiring candidates to be prepared to work in various environmental conditions alongside nature and wildlife. Steel toes rated with ankle protection and a weld hood are required, while all other necessary equipment is provided.
