Managing Head of Retail Sales

Overview Warby Parker is on the lookout for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. Across all of our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions. In this role, you will share Warby Parker's story and mission on the sales floor, participate in process ideation and improvement, and contribute to a variety of special projects.

For applicable postings, the range listed is a good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation is thoughtfully determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and relevant market data.
For applicable postings, non-exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay if you are required to work more than 40 hours in a workweek.
