Phlebotomist/Full Time-Flexible Hours- Monday -Friday

Phlebotomist Labcorp is seeking a Full Time Phlebotomist to join our team at Colorado Primary Health at 20 W Dry Creek Cir, Littleton, CO. Work Schedule: Full Time 40 H/P/W: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, additional hours/days may be requested in this role.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

Process billing information and collect payments when required

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

Provide superior customer service to all patients

Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Travel to additional sites when needed

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications: Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 9 months or more experience as a Phlebotomist

Additional Job Standards: In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM* : Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range: $21.73 to $28.49 per hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
