The Security Professional Branch Flex Officer will serve and safeguard clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager‑assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.

As a Security Officer Branch Flex in Riverside, CA , you’ll expand your skillset, gain exposure to a variety of sites, and position yourself for advancement within the company. Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle

Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards

Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons

Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders

Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Must have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.

The client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Must be able to accommodate last‑minute shift scheduling.

Must be able to travel within the required branch flex distance.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic)

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
