The Warehouse Manager will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality workmanship, keeping commitments to deadlines, delivering solutions, and demonstrating a positive attention to detail in meeting customers' needs. The Warehouse Manager must be committed to successful leadership through accountability, team building, and knowledge sharing, and they must be dedicated to meeting company financial goals and objectives. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all fabrication, shipping, receiving, maintenance, and administrative activities at the Warehouse level, ensuring compliance with applicable safety and quality control programs. Follow and enforce company safety policies and safe work practices.

Develop and maintain consistent training standards and recording.

Monitor inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.

Monitor plant/equipment trends, recommend ways to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence.

Attend, contribute, and recommend improvements to equipment design, project meetings, and operational practices.

Lead various R&D projects for the company.

Create and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers.

Understand the importance of being visible on the floor.

Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery time.

Apply company policies and assures adherence to company procedures.

Recognize performance accomplishments and opportunities of direct reports and be comfortable in providing constructive feedback.

Follow the normal disciplinary process, addressed and documents performance issues with employees.

Working in a warehouse facility within OSHA guidelines, conditions may be heated/unheated and periodically noisy.

Ability to stand, walk, or be mobile for up to eight hours per shift.

Capable of ascending and descending material handling equipment

Required to wear proper PPE in warehouse.

Operate company vehicles including forklifts and yard trucks.

Use of other tools and fabrication equipment required.

Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.

Experience in the use and maintenance of the tools and equipment necessary for repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.

Experience working independently to troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve issues with process and plant warehouse equipment, and to develop and rapidly implement corrective actions.

Experience training teammates on warehouse operations, quality control procedures and the proper techniques of instrument calibration and maintenance.

Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

Understand all aspects of operations. Ability to maintain and document quality records.

Continuous improvement / quality management

Understanding of SPS policies and procedures

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures
