Head of Programme Management

Infosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager—a strategic leader responsible for driving large-scale transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery and governance models for global clients.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including greenfield implementations, where new platforms, processes, and operating models are built from the ground up. The Program Manager will be accountable for aligning with client objectives, ensuring service resilience and scalability, and delivering high levels of client and end‑user satisfaction. The role spans Service Excellence, Automation, Digital and AI‑led transformation, Customer Experience, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, multi‑service line programs at scale.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.

Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complexecosystem including external partners

Excellent team management abilities

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of the following hub locations (Indianapolis, IN; Houston, Bellevue, WA) or willing to relocate to the area.

Ability to travel extensively.

Program Delivery: Define program plan, strategy, and business benefits, manage sponsors and stakeholders, take end‑to‑end bottom‑line responsibility of a pursuit, achieve delivery goals on time, budget, functionality, and quality.

Team Management and Building, risk identification and mitigation, status reporting to internal and customer management, customer business case assistance, financial (budget, vendors) management, networking skill, estimation review.

Knowledge of Agile practice at program level, ability to identify opportunities and support sales team growth, strong analytical skills in at least one domain or technology area.

High analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality awareness, excellent verbal and written communication.
