Breakdown and clean the service area, return reusable food items to storage, and sanitize counters, floors, equipment, and utensils per hotel and CAL/OSHA standards.

Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (California Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire).

Ability to communicate clearly in English and understand written safety materials (training materials available in additional languages as needed).

Team spirit—you’re always ready to jump in and help your teammates when needed.

Shifts & Schedule:

Be on your feet—standing and walking—for most of your shift.

Frequently use your hands for serving, cleaning, and equipment use.

occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Bend, stretch, reach, kneel, and twist throughout the shift.
