Championing safety, environmental compliance, and risk prevention through equipment design, process improvements, and leadership.
Provide technical leadership for the optimization of tissue converting equipment and processes.
Applying engineering principles, scientific analysis, and project management methodologies to drive business results.
Partnering cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, reliability, and external vendors to achieve plant objectives.
Delivering occasional on-call and on-site technical support as needed.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in an Engineering related-discipline from an accredited institution.

• 1+ years of technical , operation or co-op/intern experience.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.

Proficiency in SAP and experienced in asset maintenance and reliability programs.
Merging Tissue-making Applications contributing to Converting Processes.
Winding and Web Handling experience.
OEM Equipment Design.
Infrastructure systems maintenance, TALCM (Total Asset Life Cycle Maximization), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) process, and/or Project management certification.

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Full time
